Staff was amazing, thank you Brandon for the friendly, quick and professional service always! Free bike use was a great way to see the river valley Interesting artwork and historical photos around the hotel Staff was very friendly in showing us the special design features around the hotel Loved self parking, no issues finding space in lots, good security in lots Very comfortable bed Pool facilities are BEAUTIFUL, very clean, peaceful, lots of towels Appreciated courtesy water bottles in room

The historic feeling and class of the room, and the feeling of pampering from the login method of the wi-fi to the personalized welcome message on the tv. Gave a professional and pampered feeling to the stay. The shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the large desk with many spaces for plugs, and the specific lighting for reading while in bed.
